5Cancellation Policy:

We understand life’s emergencies and little surprises; however we must maintain our policies to ensure our high quality of service. Please review the following policies.

Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice represents a loss of revenue to our stylists or service providers. They lose an appointment time that could have been used for another guest. We are well aware that urgent business or personal issues can cause this to happen. Please let us know in advance when possible.

Barring any unusual circumstances, if a guest fails to show up for more than two (2) appointments within 6 months without canceling ahead of time, he or she will be asked to provide a credit card to book future appointments. If in the event of another “No Show”, your credit card will be charged the cost of the services scheduled. This policy has been put in place to offer the best customer service for all guests.

Cancellation Policy – Bridal Parties:

Our Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced. We may request a credit card number to retain your Bridal Party appointments. We reserve the right to a cancellation fee of the cost of the reserved services. All NO SHOWS will be charged the cost of services booked. We also maintain the right to refuse late arrivals, as this can cause issues with the next guest.

If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate a call 3 weeks in advance, so that we may cancel your appointment and use the appointment time for another guest.

Our Return Policy:

We take great pride in the services and products offered at Split Endz Salon. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we are delighted to assist you in an exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase. Otherwise, items returned after 14 days and accompanied with a receipt can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. After 30 days, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued. Unfortunately and without exception, we are unable to accept returns of any opened products. All sale items are final.

Gift Cards:

We are proud to offer you the convenience of Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates may be purchased in the denomination or service of your choice. *All gift certificates include a card and complimentary gift wrapping and when purchased in the salon.

  •     All gift cards shipped will have the option of free shipping, or for a nominal charge, gift wrapping.
  •     Gift cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
  •     All gift cards will expire one year from the purchase date.
  •     The actual gift card must be present at the time of check-out in order to use.

Payment Accepted:

  • We accept cash, check, and the following credit cards: DISCOVER, VISA, MASTERCARD
  • All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.

Special Events and Parties

Split Endz Salon is the perfect place to have a fun experience. For groups consisting of 3 or more people, please call or stop by to speak with our party coordinator. Our front desk coordinator will design the perfect party for you, your children, and your friends.

  •     Please call 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
  •     All special events require a 50% deposit. The balance is due four weeks prior to the scheduled appointments.
  •     To secure your reservation, we require a credit card number.
  •     An 18% gratuity is added to all parties of 6 or more guests.
  •     For cancellations, please call 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointments to avoid cancellation fees.

Booking an Appointment:

Our schedule is designed to maximize the time needed for every service. We ask that you please be on time for your appointment. We appreciate a 24 hour notice for changes in your appointment. When booking your appointment, please inform our receptionist if you have specific health issues, if you may be pregnant, or if you have any special requests during your stay. Due to situations beyond our control, all service times are approximate, please inform our receptionist if you have other engagements.

Fresh Air:

At Split Endz Salon we are committed to our guests comfort and healthy lifestyles. To guarantee the enjoyment of all our guests, Split Endz Salon is a smoke-free facility.

Children at Split Endz:

All of our guests are important to us, including your child. We are happy to provide salon services for your child. However, if your child is not receiving a service, we request that all children under 10 are not permitted in the salon area unless accompanied by an adult.
